About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify potential customers, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present company products and services to potential customers.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Track and manage leads using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
