Job Summary
We are seeking for a Project Management -L4 is responsible for end-to-end delivery and governance of IT Infrastructure, Network, Workplace, and Transformation projects. The role requires accountability for project scope, budget, timelines, quality, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and successful implementation of technology solutions aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy.
The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination across technical, functional, and business teams while driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Responsibilities
- Assume end-to-end accountability for achieving project objectives in alignment with business commitments, strategic direction, and sponsor expectations.
- Deliver projects within approved scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate preliminary studies and feasibility assessments with business sponsors and stakeholders.
- Ensure business needs are clearly defined, documented, validated, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Validate that business requirements are consistent with identified needs and that proposed technologies are feasible and sustainable.
- Ensure solution design, sizing, and architecture adequately meet all functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate solution validation and approval with all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, consolidate, maintain, and validate project estimates, schedules, and implementation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure successful deployment, operational readiness, transition to support teams, and go-live execution.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
- Define mitigation and contingency plans, including associated cost implications.
- Determine project resource requirements, including headcount, technical expertise, and functional skills.
- Align project demand with available delivery capacity and manage impacts on strategic demand planning initiatives.

- Provide regular project status updates, governance reporting, and communications to project contributors and leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships across business, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams.
