Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with local occupational health and safety laws and company standards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Organize and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper compliance.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire safety and evacuation plans.
- Promote a strong safety culture through continuous awareness and improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
