- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines when handling customers
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
