- Developing sales strategies — Identify new markets, opportunities, and leads (corporate, groups, SMERF — Social, Military, Educational, Religious, Fraternal — segments, travel agents, etc.).
- Prospecting and relationship building — Conduct outside sales calls, site inspections, networking, cold calling, tradeshows, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiating and closing deals — Handle contracts for rooms, events, and packages to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Achieving targets — Meet or exceed revenue budgets, occupancy goals, and sales quotas; often accountable for department performance.
- Collaboration — Work with revenue management, marketing, operations, and the Director of Sales/General Manager. Analyze market trends and competition.
- Other tasks — Prepare reports, conduct property tours, participate in marketing activities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
