Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during treatment and procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort. The candidate should maintain professional nursing standards and support smooth hospital operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Prepare patients for surgeries, tests, and treatments.
- Handle emergency situations and provide immediate nursing support.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety practices are followed.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper biomedical waste segregation.
- Monitor and maintain nursing equipment and supplies.
- Attend shift handovers and follow hospital protocols.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients.
