Key Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee international student admissions & counseling operations
Ensure a smooth journey for students from inquiry to on-campus experience
Manage and mentor the student relations & counselling team
Build and strengthen relationships with international partners & consultants
Monitor student satisfaction, engagement, and retention
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations
Ensure compliance related to visa, documentation, and international student policies
Plan and execute international outreach, events, and engagement strategies
Track performance metrics (admissions, conversions, student experience)
Who Can Apply :
Graduates/Postgraduates (MBA/International Business/Education preferred)
3–8 years of experience in international admissions / student services / counseling / education sector
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
Experience in handling international students or global markets (preferred)
Ability to take ownership and drive results
