1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through calls, emails, visits, and networking
- Research market trends and customer needs
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline
2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
- Meet clients to understand their requirements
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
3. Product/Service Presentation
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Demonstrate products or give presentations when required
- Customize solutions based on customer needs
4. Sales & Negotiation
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing
- Provide market feedback to management
- Identify new business opportunities
6. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Update CRM systems regularly
7. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Support after-sales service when needed
8. Target Achievement
- Meet individual and team sales targets
