- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices for database security and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand database requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB Administration.
- Experience in database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data safety.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Ability to design and implement database security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine database tasks.
- Experience in monitoring database health and troubleshooting complex issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in MongoDB Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
