Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for both team and self.
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new market opportunities across automotive and commercial sectors, while promoting OEM-approved lubricants from a leading PSU oil company.
- Acquire new customers and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Monitor secondary sales data and implement corrective actions to meet performance goals.
- Build and manage distributor networks across regions, ensuring business alignment and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team with clear individual and team targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Ensure effective product placement, premium visibility, and upselling of high-value lubricants.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and profitability for sustainable growth.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and plan travel schedules for market visits and business expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in B2B and Channel Sales within the Oil, Lubricants, or Automotive sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Results-driven with a growth-oriented mindset and strong execution capability.
