We are expanding our design team to support project work in Mumbai, India, and are looking for talented, detail-oriented professionals with strong local knowledge to join us remotely.
About the Role
We are looking for Revit Technicians / Graduate Architects to join our growing team on a full-time, work-from-home basis, working on live projects based in Mumbai, India. This role requires strong familiarity with local development control regulations and statutory planning requirements applicable in Mumbai/Maharashtra, as well as solid technical documentation skills.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
- 2–3 years of hands-on professional experience
- Relevant local work experience in India is essential — candidates must have practical, on-ground experience working within the Indian regulatory environment, including local development control regulations, planning controls, and statutory/legislative requirements applicable to projects in Mumbai
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit is essential
- Strong BIM (Building Information Modeling) and documentation skills required — candidates should be confident preparing accurate, well-coordinated architectural drawings and construction/statutory documentation sets
- Experience preparing architectural drawings and development/statutory approval documentation
- Willingness to research, interpret, and stay updated on applicable local planning legislation and controls
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workstation
