Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, aggregators, transporters, and operational partners.
Supportidentification and onboarding of textile waste sources.
Maintain strong working relationships with local stakeholders and service providers.
Team Management
Supervise facility staff and operational workforce.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Ensure adherence to operational processes and workplace discipline.
Supportteamtraining and process improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with operational, environmental, and safety standards.
Monitor warehouse and facility safety practices and operational protocols.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
Identify operational risks and support corrective actions when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong operational and facility management skills.
Ability to independently manage warehouse/facility operations.
Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and operational documentation.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
ETHI
Knowledge of textiles, recycling, warehousing, manufacturing, or waste management operations preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in facility operations, warehouse management, operations coordination, or related roles.
Experience in operations-driven environments preferred.
Prior exposure to textiles, recycling, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or waste management industries will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
