Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, and equipment schedules for planning and coordination.
- Plan and track material requirements based on project schedules and site progress.
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, factory, and site teams for timely material and equipment delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning to ensure material availability without excess stock.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and progress reports.
- Support client, consultant, and contractor coordination during execution stages.
- Assist in billing follow-ups, variation tracking, and project closeout activities.
Desired Skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and project execution.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and project documentation.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE Mechanical or related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in HVAC / MEP projects.
- Freshers interested in project execution and planning can also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
