The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient room management, and smooth coordination with all hotel departments. The role involves supervising front office staff, handling guest concerns, maximizing room revenue, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Operations
- Manage and supervise all front office activities including reception, reservations, guest check-in, and check-out.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department on a daily basis.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy levels, and room allocations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Guest Relations
- Welcome VIP guests and ensure personalized service.
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions when required.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave planning.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and professional conduct of team members.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
