Mobility Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end administration of postees’ relocation lifecycle, including travel arrangements, accommodation, shipment of personal effects, and school sourcing for postees’ children where applicable etc.
- Perform posting preparations such as:
- Prepare posting cost estimation and compute overseas allowances
- Receive the approved posting package, terms & conditions from HRBP
- Generation of posting letters
- Conduct briefings to explain assignment terms and conditions to postees
- Arrange tax briefing conducted by KPMG SG and/or Host country tax consultant on tax equalization concept, Singapore Tax Reporting in the year of departure and subsequent years, including business trips reporting, applicable reliefs / deductions and Taxation on Personal income outside of employment with CapitaLand and tax liability in posting country.
- Enrol postee and accompanied dependents for OSI and ISOS insurance coverage
- Arrange relocation vendor to assist postee with shipping of his personal effects
