Job Description:
- Configure and support NAC solutions (e.g.Forescout NAC)
- Troubleshoot network access issues related to 802.1 X, MAB and authentication failures.
- Monitor authentication logs and resolve incidents / tickets (L1 support)
- Implement & maintain access control policies for users and devices.
- Manage endpoint onboaridng (Corporate devices, BYOD, guest access)
- Perform posture checks and ensure device compliance (antivirus, patches)
- Work with networking teams to resolve VLAN, DHCP or connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation and provide support reports.
