Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professional Admin Executive with 2-4 years of relevant experience to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess strong multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in fluent English
- Maintain proper filing system (both physical and digital documents)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel & accommodation
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and other documentation
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Support HR & accounts team with documentation and follow-ups
- Manage visitor handling and front office duties
- Any other administrative work assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in Administrative / Executive Assistant role
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent command over English (Written & Spoken) — Must be Fluent
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Good typing speed and excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
