Job Description
BeastDrive is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Executive to identify, approach, and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations for our adventure and endurance events. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, communication, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential sponsors, brands, and corporate partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Pitch sponsorship and partnership opportunities to businesses.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure successful closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership deliverables.
- Research market trends and identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Achieve monthly partnership and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sponsorship Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
