Job Description – Backend Executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Both Day & Night)
Process: New Zealand & Australia Process (Inbound)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities
- Handle date change requests, refund requests, rebooking, and other post-booking support tasks
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams regarding customer travel modifications
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and booking updates
- Maintain proper records of refunds, cancellations, date changes, and customer requests
- Follow up on pending refund cases and update customers accordingly
- Provide backend operational support to ensure smooth workflow for the sales team
- Coordinate with customers through calls and emails regarding travel updates and documentation
- Maintain customer data, reports, and operational records accurately
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Basic customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
- Knowledge of flight ticketing or travel process will be an added advantage
- Languages Required: Hindi & English (Punjabi will be an added advantage)

- Prior experience in customer support, backend operations, travel support, or airline ticketing will be an added advantage
