Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept development to execution while ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare layout plans, mood boards, space planning, and design presentations.
- Create detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare BOQs and project specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Excellent space planning and design detailing skills.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.
- Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential luxury interiors.
- Knowledge of project execution and site coordination.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and vendor management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
