We are seeking an experienced and passionate Agri Sales Trainer to equip B.Sc. Agriculture graduates with the technical knowledge, sales competencies, and workplace skills required for successful careers in the agri-input and agribusiness sector. The trainer will deliver engaging classroom sessions, practical field demonstrations, and assessments to prepare candidates for employment with leading agricultural companies.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver industry-aligned Agri Sales training programs.

Train graduates on agricultural products, crop management, and modern farming practices.

Deliver modules on sales processes, customer engagement, dealer management, and territory planning.

Conduct product demonstrations and field visits.

Facilitate role plays, case studies, and sales simulations.

Develop lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and training materials.

Assess participant learning through quizzes, practical exercises, and mock interviews.

Mentor participants on professional behaviour, communication, and interview readiness.

Submit attendance records, assessment reports, and training completion reports.

Coordinate with the programme team to ensure smooth execution of training.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) is mandatory.

Master's degree in Agriculture or Agribusiness is preferred.

Certification in Training or Learning & Development is an added advantage.
Experience
-
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Agri Sales, Agronomy, Rural Marketing, or Agricultural Extension.

Experience with agri-input companies dealing in seeds, fertilizers, crop protection, irrigation, farm machinery, or related products.

Prior experience in classroom or corporate training is highly desirable.
