Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director is responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to the MD. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills to manage schedules, meetings, confidential information, business correspondence, and follow-ups across departments while ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD's office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes (MOM).
- Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on action items assigned by the MD to various departments.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and important business documents.
- Coordinate business events, client meetings, and company visits.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the MD and provide regular status updates.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, Sales, and other departments for seamless communication.
- Support the MD in business planning, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
- Perform any other administrative or executive tasks assigned by the MD.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
