We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager with a strong background in the HVAC industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the overall store operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely material issuance, proper storage of HVAC materials, and maintaining stock records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC products, inventory control, and warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming HVAC materials and equipment.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of HVAC materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth material movement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store housekeeping practices.
- Manage store staff and ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
- 4–8 years of experience as a Store Manager or Store Executive, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Good knowledge of HVAC materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
