About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Patient Relationship Executives who can confidently communicate with prospective patients, understand their concerns with empathy, and guide them throughout their consultation journey.
This role goes beyond telecalling. You will be the first point of contact for patients seeking cosmetic treatments, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and supported before they visit the clinic.
Comprehensive training will be provided on our treatments, consultation process, communication standards, and patient handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective patients who have shown interest through online inquiries, advertisements, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Explain the consultation process clearly and confidently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors and consultants.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to improve consultation bookings.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Answer basic treatment-related queries after completing internal training.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead updates and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate patient records using CRM/software.
- Follow up with missed appointments and encourage rescheduling where appropriate.
- Maintain daily call reports and achieve consultation booking targets.
- Represent Rootland Cosmetic Clinic professionally in every patient interaction.

Languages Required
Candidates who can communicate fluently in all three languages will have an added advantage.
