Job Summary
Merida Tech Minds is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across various roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Meet monthly hiring targets and closure timelines.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience 0–1 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in IT, Non-IT, EdTech, Sales, or bulk hiring is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
