To develop referral doctor network and generate revenue from referral doctors.
To prepare tour plan for meeting referral doctors as per guidelines from reporting manager.
To maintain, analyze and track referral business details and send to reporting manager.
To maintain healthy relations with referral doctors with regular services in order to ensure retention.
To plan and provide add on services to most potential doctors giving significant business in order to ensure retention.
To plan and initiate activities to ensure new additions to the referral doctors’ group on a regular basis.
To plan and execute get-togethers, health talks of CMEs, Doctors and Health awareness camps for patients.
To formulate and close new tie ups with Nursing Homes, Ambulance Service Providers in the assigned area.
To generate business from direct communication with customers through Business to Customer activities.
To generate leads of corporate clients.
To conduct market surveys to outreach OPDs.
To maintain proper communication channel with referral doctors, hospital’s operations team and marketing team to ensure 100% referral admission.
Empanelment of Key Opinion Leaders.
To conduct market intelligence activities and provide collected information to marketing team.
To carry out any other work assigned by the management.
