About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Care Coordinator / Business Development
professional who can guide patients through their healthcare journey while driving business
growth. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, understand their
needs, and help them make informed decisions about their treatment with Pristyn Care.
If you are passionate about sales, patient care, and problem-solving, this opportunity will
allow you to make a real impact in transforming healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand the patient’s medical requirements and resolve their queries regarding Pristyn
Care’s services and treatment options.
2. Counsel and guide patients through their treatment journey to ensure a smooth and
comfortable experience.
3. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets by effectively explaining treatment solutions
and services.
4. Build trust and long-term relationships with patients by providing the right information and
support.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, doctors, and hospital departments to ensure seamless
patient care.
6. Ensure a high-quality patient experience from consultation to post-treatment support.
