Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the admissions and counselling function of the school.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Supervise and guide Admission Counsellors and Admissions Executives.
- Oversee the complete admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct counselling sessions with prospective parents and students.
- Monitor admission conversions and follow-up processes.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns, open houses, school tours, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth admissions and onboarding.
- Analyze admission data, trends, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of admission records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare periodic admission reports and present updates to the school leadership.
- Handle escalated parent concerns and provide effective resolutions.
- Support branding, marketing, and outreach initiatives to enhance school visibility and admissions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in admissions, counselling, business development, or educational administration.
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred.
