Role Overview
We are looking In-Store & Operations Executive to manage in-store operations, handle customers, and support daily business activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working in a Growing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing operations using Logic software
- Process and manage online orders efficiently from Marketplaces
- Provide excellent customer service and in-store support
- Maintain daily accounts, books, and expense records
- Manage service machine entries (inward & outward)
- Oversee front desk operations and walk-in customers
- Handle website backend updates and order process & Shipping Coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with billing software (Logic preferred)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Experience in Processing Amazon / Flipkart Orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
