Core Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursals and revenue generation.
- Channel Management: Recruit, empanel, and manage Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), Connectors, and referral partners.
- Lead Generation & Market Combing: Conduct market surveys, cold calling, and promotional activities to identify potential MSME and business loan customers.
- Portfolio Health: Manage the loan portfolio by ensuring on-time repayments, controlling early delinquencies (defaults), and collaborating with collections teams.
- Credit Evaluation: Gather preliminary customer financials, ensure complete documentation as per internal credit policies, and hand over files to the underwriting team.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or postgraduate in finance/marketing is highly preferred).
- Experience: Typically 2 to 6+ years in Retail Assets, SME lending, or unsecured/secured business loans (LAP - Loan Against Property).
- Soft Skills: Strong local market knowledge, negotiation, interpersonal communication, and stakeholder management.
Pay: ₹14,219.42 - ₹30,000.00 per month
