Job summary: We are seeking a passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young minds. We are opening a new school (Prakruthi Vidhya school) so you will play a key role in establishing school culture.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Willingness to get training mandated by the school curriculum team.
- Prepare lesson plans, implement school curriculum and incorporate other learning activities that align with the school philosophy Observe and assess children's development, identify individual needs and interests, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and needs, and provide guidance on how to support their child's learning at home Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress, attendance, and other important information.
- Eager to learn the Knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education practices Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience 0 to 2 years
- Planning, recording, documenting, communicating with parents.
- leadership skills, patience, child-centric behaviour, growth mindset (willing to learn new things) to become better.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
