This role will involve leading engineering and utility operations for a 150+ acre integrated university campus with high-voltage electrical infrastructure, township-scale facilities, and critical utility systems. The role demands strong expertise in HT/LT systems, reliability engineering, and large-scale infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Infrastructure:
Manage 33⁄11 kV substation, transformers, HT/LT switchyards, HT DG & UPS backup systems; ensure high reliability and uptime. -
Utilities & Systems:
Manage HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, STP, WTP, and campus utilities; administer and optimise BMS and utility monitoring systems. -
Maintenance & Reliability:
Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs; lead breakdown management, root cause analysis, and emergency response. -
Civil & Projects Interface:
Manage essential civil maintenance; coordinate with Projects team for utility-related works, ensuring seamless integration and technical compliance. -
Team & Contractor Management:
Lead engineering teams and manage AMCs, contractors, and specialised service providers with focus on performance and safety. -
Cost & Efficiency:
Plan and control OPEX/CAPEX; drive energy optimisation and efficient utilisation of resources. -
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to NBC, electrical safety standards, Fire NOC, and statutory regulations; conduct audits and risk assessments.
