Job Title: Installation Assistant – Home Automation
About Us: We are an organisation with focus on lighting and home automation. Our home automation division have projects in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamizhnadu catering to requirements for
· Wireless and wired automation for lighting, fans, AC, curtains, gate,
· WiFi and networking solutions,
· Intrusion protection,
· CCTV,
· Video door phones,
· Home theatres
Role:
· Assist lead engineer (installation) (LEI) to do wiring/ termination for the systems
· Help LEI to fix/ install products, commission and test various systems
· Assist sales engineer by helping conduct live demo of various systems
· Coordinate with office to count and measure materials/ products on site
· Learn and understand from LEI to start doing work independently
Key Performance Indicators: Be regular and on time to work, eager to learn and do work on their own, minimal to zero rework
Required Skills & Competencies
· Basic knowledge of wiring, crimping
· Basic understanding of functioning of various electrical and electronic products like sensors, motors
· Team player, good communication, eager to learn
Languages: Malayalam. English, Tamizh and Hindi (Added advantage)
Experience: Any experience in home wiring, or other systems installation are an added advantage. We will be providing on the job training for various systems.
Qualification: +2,ITI in electrical, electronics, computers.
Compensation Structure: 8000/- to 12,000/- depending on the experience and skill set
Work Location & Travel: Trivandrum, Kerala. Travel to sites or offices as required. Work related travel will be reimbursed at actuals.
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday – 9:30 to 7:00pm or as required on site.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
