About the Role
BDS Group is hiring an experienced and customer-oriented Optometrist for its Titan Eyeplus Franchise Store located in Shrirampur, Hooghly. The role involves conducting eye examinations, providing professional vision care solutions, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye testing and refraction.
- Recommend appropriate spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses based on customer needs.
- Interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear.
- Educate customers on eye health and product care.
- Maintain patient records and testing reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and consultation.
- Support store operations and coordinate with the retail team.
- Adhere to clinical and operational standards set by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Optometry (D.Optom / B.Optom).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in optometry or optical retail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of optical products and vision correction solutions.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
