Job description
- Conduct site visits with buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Engage and coordinate with channel partners for business development
- Support negotiation and assist in closing deals effectively
- Maintain accurate visit reports and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams for smooth execution
- Achieve assigned targets related to visits, client engagement, and closures
- Reselling experience of residential flats.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and selling.
- Connected with channel partners to source units.
- Good network with local channel partners.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential projects.
Required Candidate profile
6 months - 5 years of real estate experience in Noida/Noida Extension
Strong Channel Partner Network
Should have knowledge of the market
Confident, proactive, fluent in Hindi & English
Good CRM handling
