About Us
Jewel Child Development Centre is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center dedicated to helping children achieve their fullest potential. Our team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behavioral Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Special Educators, and Physiotherapists work together to provide evidence-based, child-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
- Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Improve fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, handwriting, visual perception, coordination, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor each child's progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessments, and progress reports.
- Educate and guide parents with home programs and therapy strategies.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behavioral Therapists, Psychologists, and Physiotherapists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and parent review meetings.
- Maintain professional ethics and follow the centre's clinical protocols.
QualificationsEssential
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT)
Preferred
- Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT)
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is an added advantage.
