- Manage and monitor production processes
- Ensure quality and production targets are met
- Handle production planning and manpower
- Identify and resolve production issues
- Maintain production reports and records
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Stores teams
- Ensure safety and process compliance
- Improve productivity and reduce production costs
