Role:
We are looking for skilled ITI Fitters to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment across our production lines, ensuring minimal downtime and consistent product quality.

Experience: 1–5 years (freshers with strong fundamentals may be considered)
Key Responsibilities
Equipment maintenance – Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on packaging machines, conveyors, filling lines, and other production equipment.
Fitting and assembly – Assemble, align, and fit mechanical components such as bearings, gears, shafts, pulleys, and couplings.
Troubleshooting – Diagnose mechanical faults, identify root causes, and execute timely repairs to minimise production losses.
Changeovers – Support product and format changeovers by adjusting machine settings and replacing parts as required.
Safety and housekeeping – Follow all safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and ensure compliance with food-safety and GMP standards.
Documentation – Log maintenance activities, spare-part usage, and breakdown reports in the maintenance management system.
Continuous improvement – Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities and suggest improvements to reduce breakdowns and improve OEE.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
