Studio XI - Unisex Salon is looking for experienced male and female all-rounder staff who can independently handle hair, skin, and grooming services for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic to advanced haircuts and hairstyling for male/female clients
- Carry out hair treatments (spa, straightening, smoothing, scalp treatments, keratin, etc.)
- Perform hair coloring (basic to advanced techniques, highlights, global color)
- Perform facials and advanced facials (including hydrafacials)
- Provide manicure and pedicure services
- Perform threading and waxing services
- Handle grooming services as applicable (beard styling/grooming for men, saree draping/makeup for women, as per specialization)
- Recommend suitable hair and skin treatments based on client needs
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstation and tools at all times
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair and beauty
- Ensure excellent client service, building repeat clientele
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Hair Stylist/Beautician/All-rounder in a salon
- Strong skills in basic to advanced haircutting and styling for men and/or women
- Proficiency in hair coloring, hair treatments, and hair spa
- Experience in facials, hydrafacials, manicure, and pedicure
- Experience in threading and waxing
- Certificate/diploma in hairdressing/cosmetology/beauty therapy preferred
- Good communication, grooming, and client-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
