Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Surveyor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, setting out works, preparing survey reports, and ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with surveying instruments, AutoCAD, and construction site execution. This role requires frequent travel across project sites within Telangana.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed topographical, boundary, and construction site surveys.
- Perform setting-out activities as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments.
- Collect, record, and verify survey data accurately.
- Prepare survey reports, layouts, maps, and as-built drawings.
- Assist project engineers in establishing reference points and construction alignments.
- Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved coordinates and levels.
- Monitor construction progress and identify deviations from approved drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Maintain survey records and documentation.
- Verify site measurements before execution and billing.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Travel to multiple project locations across Telangana as required.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures while working on site.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Surveyor in construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and construction layouts.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
