Job Title: Weighbridge Operator

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to manage vehicle weighing operations at our quarry and manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate recording of inbound and outbound vehicle weights, maintain proper documentation, coordinate with dispatch and security teams, and support daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the computerized weighbridge system for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Record gross weight, tare weight, and net weight accurately.
- Generate weighbridge slips/invoices and maintain daily transaction records.
- Verify vehicle details, material type, customer information, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, security, and accounts departments.
- Ensure all weighbridge records are accurate and updated in the ERP/Tally/Excel system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly weighbridge reports.
- Monitor vehicle movement and prevent unauthorized entries or exits.
- Report any weighbridge equipment malfunction to the maintenance team.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the weighbridge office.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Weighbridge Operator or in logistics/dispatch operations.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Experience with computerized weighbridge software is preferred.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.

Experience in any of the following industries is an advantage:
- Quarry
- M-Sand / P-Sand Manufacturing
- Crusher Plant
- Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
- Cement Industry
- Construction Materials
