Job Summary
Sunil Construction Co. is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee building construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance at project sites.
- Review project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
