Role Summary
Responsible for handling day-to-day office administration, operational coordination, and WhatsApp-based client communication to support business operations efficiently.
KRA: Task / Activities
1. Office Administration & Operations
- Manage daily office administrative tasks
- Maintain invoices, records, and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Handle operational follow-ups
2. WhatsApp Marketing & Client Coordination
- Send WhatsApp broadcasts to customers
- Share product Catalogues and gift options (training provided)
- Respond to basic client inquiries
- Maintain customer database in Excel
3. Digital & Documentation Work
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets
- Draft and send emails
- Manage files using Google Drive
- Create and edit basic PDFs
- Use Chat GPT for drafting messages and product descriptions
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Timely completion of administrative tasks
- Accuracy in documentation & records
- Response time to customer inquiries
- Whats App campaign execution efficiency
- Database maintenance accuracy
