- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
- Obtain and analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Perform rate analysis and prepare project cost estimates in line with GCS standards and target margins.
- Identify scope gaps, deviations, and value engineering opportunities during tendering and execution.
- Maintain estimation databases, cost benchmarks, and support Project Heads in budgeting and commercial decisions.Billing Engineer KRAs (80%)
- Prepare and submit RA Bills and Final Bills as per work progress and contractual requirements.
- Carry out quantity reconciliation and joint measurements with Clients, PMCs, and site teams.
- Verify executed quantities against approved BOQ, drawings, and work orders.
- Prepare and track variation statements, extra items, and change orders to avoid revenue leakage.
- Ensure timely certification of bills and coordinate with clients/PMCs for approvals.
- Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor bills based on actual executed quantities.
- Prepare monthly WIP reports, billing MIS, and project commercial status reports.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB), Billing Registers, Change Order Registers, and quantity reconciliation records.
- Monitor quantity overruns, commercial risks, and highlight deviations affecting project profitability.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Procurement, Accounts, and Site Teams for seamless billing and documentation.
- Ensure closure of projects through timely submission of final bills, reconciliation statements, and final account settlement.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
