Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the showroom sales team, driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Develop strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and conversions
2. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate Sales Executives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Plan incentives and drive team productivity
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction and satisfaction
- Handle escalations and critical customer issues
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
4. Sales Planning & Strategy
- Plan promotional activities, events, and local marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation
5. Inventory & Display Management
- Ensure proper stock availability of fast-moving models
- Monitor vehicle display and showroom presentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
6. Finance & Insurance Coordination
- Drive finance penetration (loans, EMI options)
- Ensure insurance attachment with every sale
- Build relationships with finance and insurance partners
7. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track KPIs such as conversion ratio, average billing value, and accessories sales
- Report performance to senior management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
