Job Title: Exterior Designer / Architectural Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Exterior Designer / Architectural Designer to develop innovative residential and commercial building designs. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D architectural drawings, Vastu-compliant floor plans, building elevations, 3D exterior models, and coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D architectural floor plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop Vastu-compliant residential and commercial layouts as per client requirements.
- Design attractive and functional building exteriors (elevations).
- Create 3D exterior models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar software.
- Prepare site plans, layout plans, roof plans, and elevation drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and management instructions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, estimation, and site teams for design execution.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design verification, and progress review when required.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations and company standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of design files.
- Assist clients in selecting exterior materials, textures, colours, and façade finishes.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentation drawings and concept designs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Architectural Planning.
- Excellent understanding of Vastu principles.
- Expertise in 2D drafting and architectural detailing.
- Ability to create modern and aesthetically appealing exterior designs.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–3 years (Freshers with excellent design skills may also apply.)
- Experience in residential and commercial architectural projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹46,484.23 per month
