In this role, you will not have any sales targets. Your main responsibility is to assist the Team Leader in outdoor events, manage notice distribution, and grab customer attention to build brand awareness.Key Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist the Team Leader in setting up and managing outdoor promotional events and vehicle displays.
- Notice Distribution: Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional notices to the public in targeted areas.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with people politely, generate interest in our vehicles, and guide potential customers to the Team Leader.
- Crowd Attraction: Implement creative ideas on the field to attract public attention to the Marikar Motors stall or display.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the field marketing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass (SSLC).
- Age Limit: Strictly below 23 years of age.
- Experience: Freshers are highly welcome.
- Skills: Energetic, confident, and fluent in Malayalam.
