Job description
· Managing end-to-end recruitment including both Domestic and International hiring.
· Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, and other job portals
· Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with HODs
· Offer negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
· Maintaining recruitment MIS and hiring trackers
· Building talent pipelines for critical and niche positions
Requirements:
· 1 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Pharma industry preferred)
· Strong sourcing, headhunting, and negotiation skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Immediate joiners preferred
· Candidates from Western Line (Mumbai) preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
