They sell promotional messages, transactional alerts, and OTP APIs to enterprise clients, focusing on lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing corporate accounts.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential B2B clients who need high-volume messaging for marketing, notifications, or user authentication.
- Consultative Selling: Advising enterprises on integrating SMS APIs and ensuring their campaigns meet regulatory standards (such as TRAI DLT guidelines in India).
- Account Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure high delivery rates, resolving technical issues, and upselling.
- Revenue Targets: Hitting monthly or quarterly sales quotas through targeted outbound outreach and product demos.
Key Skills Needed
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SMS gateways, API integration, and telecom regulations.
