Exicom Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial and accounting operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, timely completion of statutory compliances, efficient management of payments and banking activities, and preparation of financial reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting activities from daily bookkeeping to finalization of accounts.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle banking transactions, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Financial Management.
- Good knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and financial regulations.
- Experience in account finalization, banking operations, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
